I am Adrián Pallarés (Linkedin profile), Industrial Organisation Engineer and passionate about Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in industries as diverse as kit furniture manufacturing and automotive, where my main job has been as a supplier quality engineer.
In my experience in the automotive industry, I have managed commodities as varied as seats, centre consoles, bumpers and lighting systems. My work focuses on the homologation of production processes to ensure that suppliers can manufacture the quantity demanded with the quality required. I have always had a focus on process optimisation, efficiency improvement and quality assurance, under a philosophy of continuous improvement. I strongly believe in the power of lean methodologies to transform operations and deliver sustainable results.
